Help putting movies/podcasts on ipod

Ive been trying to put a few movies and podcasts like hunting yeti on to my ipod, cant figure it out...

any help?

you need to convert your video or rip your dvd into either MPEG-4 or H.264 format.  To do that you can download a free program called HandBrake.  There are instructions on how to use it here:
