Compressor question

Ive just finished a little edit (1 min 20 sec long) and want to put it up on newschoolers but I cant find the right type of compression in compressor. Help?

Between it's an HD clip.

convert it to a full quality quicktime movie and upload it to vimeo, then using the embed function on the videos vimeo page, upload it to NS

Word, do a bit rate as high as you can while keeping it small enough for NS.
