Do you have the proper cord but it wont transfer?

you have to make an accout on www.vzwpix.com thats if you have verizon as your carrier. once yoj make the account you go to the picture and choose send to online album. log into your accout and it should be in there. then you have copy/save it to your computer. im sure there are other ways but thats how i do it. i have the enV2 but that works for all phones. hope that helps

ya i did that, but when i try and save to my pics. from that webiste the pic. is still really small

you have to click view larger. it gets pretty big.

you could just picture message them to your email address
