New invaders not so buttery?

Has anyone flexed the new invaders? I just hopped up to my shop yesterday to see what we had in and had a chance to play around with them. To me they seemed considerably stiffer than last years. Maybe there is a very short break in period or something but they definitely weren't the flex I am used to with invaders. I'm sure I missed the memo somewhere where line said they were stiffening them up.

I'm basing the flexes on solely the feel of brand new invaders. I don't have a mixed batch feeling of on the hill used, and brand new out of the plastic.

the first season i had invaders, it took me like 25 days to break mine in.
like, all of sudden, i just felt this huge new give in my tails and i was like, WOW, I DO HAVE BUTTER ZONES!

theyre redesigning them for 09-10 but this year is the same as last
