NS Convention

why not have anyone on NS who could make it go to whistler for a weekend/week and have a convention. everyone would ski all day, party at night and meet all the other people using NS and find out who belongs to each nick name. i know it is unrealistic but a good idea anyways.

dam i ski at blue but i only came onto NS around may i think so i mustve missed it. yea apparently alot of ppl live near blue, harvey included, so we should get another one organized here.

I don't think it's at all unrealistic. We've had NS parties in the east. I bet if you drafted up a good and organized proposal and asked Harvey if you could do it up, he'd let you.

It was called the Newschoolers.com festival or something. It was a pretty big deal. If you guys live at blue I don't know how you missed it.

... there were slopestyle compititions every wednesday night at blue, along with pipe comps almost every saturday. There was a much music festival thing, a massive party, an orage tournament, superpipe dreams, and a slopestyle tournament. I'm not sure which one NS sponsored. I wne to it, it was dope. I remember doug bishop getting slammed hardcore for his steeze on a rainbow. the pics are probably still up on NS somewhere.

i live in hamilton, but ski at blue. and i ski at caledon. woo woo. (sarcasm) but originally for the convention i meant have almost all of the regualars on NS. not all the 25,000 or whatnot members, but the 1 or 2 thousand who are on and posting everyday.
