So our waiter grew up in Chamonix, and moved to Denver. He married a girl who is going to be a cardiovascular doctor =$$. Anyway, we found out he rides for the elan team and base jumps with shane. Small World. oh, and this was in spokane, WA. 

Here is a helmet cam of him base jumping off of Mt Hood.

you don't have to be a ball stain about it, maybe he can't see or listen to  the video from the computer he is at.

the guys name is Matthias Giraud AKA "Super Frenchie", but he isn't listed on the elan site as a team member.  not to say he isnt on their team on some level, but that was the first place i looked to find out how to spell his name correctly and i struck out.

yeah Matthias is the shit. I went BASE jumping with him yesterday. He does it all the time, but I was freaked out.

same here, it's like wut r u gonna do w/ it? id rather like spend a day w/ that person and just chill or if it's a well-known skier, just ski w/ them for a day

Its cool when theyre like some huge star youll never get to talk to, its a nice momento. Thankfully with pro skiers you can probably have a quick chat or take a run which is a lot more meaningful~
