Sucks to happy

Well this summer im supposed to go to ride at hood for like 3 weeks starting this sunday and of course i get a fever of 103.7. I thouht that  for sure i would be missing Hood and i was SOOOO bummed. I went to the doctor and he tells me i have a common stomach virus and ill be good in 5 days. That was the sucks to happy part. BUUUUT i need advice on how to make the stomach feel better because right now it really hurts. + Karma to anyone willing to help :)

i feel your pain brah, im supposed to leave tomorrow for the rothbury music festival (4 days of epic concerts) and i woke up this morning with a sore throat, turns out i have strep, but fuck it im still leavin tomorrow i got antibiotics

ive had many stomach flus and such before, what you need to do is just chill in a comfy spot and drink honey tea as mentioned, thats good, and just dont eat anything if u dont feel good, and take it easy.

peppermint tea always works really well for me.  hot water bottles and heat packs also help me out. Just drink loads and loads of fluids and take it easy. hope you feel better soon, stomach virus's are a bitch.

gatorade and if you feel up to it take a walk.  dont do anything to get you tired but gettin your blood flowin a bit and some fresh air will help.  good luck
