Name which direction you spin and what foot you normally have forward on rails.  Also say if your right handed or left.  I'm right handed, I spin right, and I slide rails left foot forward.

As I said a couple posts up, I normally spin left but I do this too where I spin right when I'm switch - and you hit the nail on the head, that's why.

Oh, and this isn't about whether you can or can't spin or slide rails the other way, it's which is more natural for you.
