Ok, everyone who keeps saying that at terminal velocity, on even a really steep slope, he will die; HE WON'T BE AT TERMINAL VELOCITY!!!!!!!!!! This has been said a bunch of times on this thread. It would need a cliff more then twice that size to reach terminal velocity.

And terminal velociy is the point of freefall at which you are no longer accelerating.

Morrison is just made out to be as good as he is by all the publicity(don't get me wrong he is dam good and dam crazy, just not as cool as Jamie Pierre). It is working, just look at you people. It's crazy as shit, but possible. My paddling buddy Tao Berman dropped a 98.4 ft tall waterfall in Jasper, BC in his kayak. Broke his paddle, but was fine. He was the world record holder for a while, until Ed Lucero came & beat him w/ a 114 ft tall waterfall. I don't huck any waterfalls over 50 ft(in my kayak) so that I can save my spine. Anything over that just isn't worth it.

Highest Fall Survived Without A Parachute
Vesna Vulovic, a flight attendant from Yugoslavia, survived a fall from 10,160 m (33,330 ft) when the DC-9 airplane she was traveling in blew up over Czechoslovakia (now Czech Republic), on January 26, 1972. A terrorist bomb was thought to be the cause, and no other passengers survived. Vesna broke both legs and was temporarily paralyzed from the waist down.

Vesna remembers nothing, but later learned that a former nurse, Bruno Henke, saw Vesna's legs sticking out of the fuselage. Bruno cleared Vesna's airways before rushing her to hospital. Three days later she awoke from a coma in a hospital in Ceska, Karmenice.

She says, 'I was so lucky to have survived! I hit the earth – not the trees, not the snow, but the frozen ground.' Strangely, the first words she uttered, 'Can I have a cigarette,' were in English!

Luckily, she suffered no psychological trauma, and no fear of flying. Prevented from returning to her job, she forged a new career in administration. 'I was able to fly over the world for free,' she says. Her experience has helped her form a philosophical attitude towards life. 'I believe we are masters of our lives - we hold all the cards and it is up to us to use them right.'

So I don't think 235 is instant death.

there was something on tv a while back about someone trying a 300+ cliff. He died on impact, and they had video of it. In air he got a little off center then started to rotate backwards, and it looked like he would have landed on his head/neck.

that is absolutely the stupidest STUNT I have heard of, this kid is not firing on all cylinders. It seems that he might be a bit insecure if this is what he has to do to bring attention to his skiing. It will be sad if he fucks himself up over this. He really is quite an impressive skier, and doesn't need to do this.
