I totally agree with giving them more credit. I ride Hood and I see Josh and Griffinall the time. I remember back inthe day when Josh use to make his own twintips, “The Solution”. Josh and Griffin were ahead of theirtime. Trying to do everythingswitch and smooth.

Pollard said he finally talked Cummings into giving him a pair two years later. But by that time, he was 16 and had persuaded the owner of a small Vermont ski manufacturer called Line Skis into making double-ended skis. Now, he said, there's not a ski manufacturer on the planet that doesn't produce a version of twin-tips.

"Once those skis came around, everyone figured out how to utilize them, and immediately after that, people realized it was a reputable thing," said Pollard, who has racked up half a dozen sponsorships and recently launched his own ski film company.

With the new technology, skiers were soon performing the same types of high-flying tricks as snowboarders. By 2000, ski resorts had begun adapting to the new cohesion between the two factions."""""

I don't know Josh but I rode with Griffin two years in a row in Whistler at COC and he's an awesome skier and one of the nicest, down to earth  guys i've ever met.  He and Luke Van Valin taught me everything I know in park (which isn't much)

word to that, these guys definitely don't get the credit they deserve!!!!! That's funny, I was actually gonna start this same thread.  The first cats I'd ever seen blasting without crossing thier skies up. I also think Ben Bliesner was a part of the twin tip thing. these guys are cool as fuck!!  Griffin also gets down on the mic, we did a few songs together in the past, he kills it.
