How to upload pictures

How do you upload pictures to the site i have tried a bunch but it always says that the picture i unavalible any help would be appreciated

Profile------> Pictures------------> Upload-------> Fill in blanks------->Private/Public--------> your photo appears in that section.

Go to the upload pics dealio.
Browse for the pic on your comp
Make sure its within the size limits
Do it up.

Make sure its not in a locked folder or anything, b/c it has to be freed to the internet...
