these two videos, the engel one especially, actually just triggered a weird realization in my brain, like that made me feel really good about life.

embrace diversity.

It brought back memories of primary school and shit. I have been getting caught up in what I am supposed to be and for who, and now I just want to be down with it all, even though I already was, I'm just like stoked on the idea ATM.

I just express my opinion, which I think is an important part of diversity also.

Why? choose one you know. Not trying to be mean, but I say you go one way or the other. It would look pretty wierd seeing Bronson all of a sudden all thugged it out. Its kinda like wearing skater clothes one day and American Eagle the next.

It made me yawn very loudly. Dont sprout this shit about being yourself as the reason you wear tight pants, it just makes you look like even more of a teenage fashionista. NO.  You overstate your opinion, which gets thrown around on this site more than anyone's.  You claim to be 'diversifying' NS, when all you bring is adversity: hating on kids like Brogan and Hornbeck while backing 360 wedges in tight jeans simply for the purpose of starting shit. The edit itself is different than most others. I think that is what most people are trying to point out. Instead of seeing insane tricks, you are seeing good tricks, but the edit as a whole puts you in a really good mood. I don't know if thats what you guys took out of it, but that is what I got.

the thing i can't stand is this whole trying to justify a style with functionality. dont fucking tell me baggy pants or tight pants are better for mobility, or that tall tees give you better 'steeze' (which needs to die by the way). of course denim fucking sucks in the snow.

there is nothing wrong with saying 'yeah i rep that style cause i think it looks sick'. that doesnt make you a fashionista, it makes you normal. if you wanna be different, be different, but dont come up with some bullshit excuse as to why your different, just say, 'cause i think it looks cool'.

ps. that was not directed at Bronson, just most of you other kids.

But, I wasn't feeling that edit at all. Too many 360's and straight on's and offs. I wasn't feeling the style. I wasn't feeling anything. Barley any grabs, and flailing hands. Kids definitely good at skiing, i just was not feeling it all.

The Vibe?

This isn't some Emmy-award-winning-film. This is just a ski edit. I saw what he was trying to do with this, and I still think that it's not good. I like the edits where is Brogan or someone and they are flowing, but I also like big mountain as well. I don't think that Big mountain skiing goes well with Hard-core hip-hop and huge tall tee's because those are two different vibes. I'm just saying, this edit really did not need to go in Ski Gabber, It's not that good.

This is the edit I was hoping for. I think this was the perfect edit to change movies. The reason why I love it is because it looks like fun! he is skiing with his friends, doing it well and doesnt care about fashion. He brings newschool feeling back, when the guys are out there having fun, not to please others.

Look at the title of the thread alone.  "A nice edit".  That is exactly what it is.  An edit that while and after you watch you are in a better mood.   It isn't titled "The future of skiing" or something along those lines.  If that edit didn't make you feel good then I have nothing else to say...
