We're not actually looking for slave labor- even if it sounds that way!
All we're looking to do is find a talented, hard working person who wants to exploit what could be the single best opportunity for an immediate foot in the door of the ski industry, and get a ton of hands on production experience that they probably couldn't, or wouldn't get anywhere else. Speaking from experience, the majority of film industry related internships out there are completely unpaid, and more often then not involve little more then making coffee and organizing file cabinets. What we're offering is actual, hands on, experience, which is worth its weight in gold to the right person.
If the idea of 40-60 hours of work per week, paid, or otherwise scares you away, then simply put, you're probably not cracked up to be involved in the filmmaking/production business. For anyone that's ever worked on a film project before, they know what's involved. For those that haven't, well...
And while we're not offering payment outright, past interns have been thrown nice cash bonuses for their hard work, and for what its worth, 3-4 months of free rent in a very comfortable house, free food, and piles of free gear is much more compensation then most other internships offer, especially in the film business.
