i'm gonna go ahead and say no, i mean they're so far apart the weather systems are completely different and are affectd by completley different variables, i mean you couldn't even compare west coast to east coast of northamerica, they're just to different

Well... When were talking weather for an entire season, it really is world-weather were talking about. So I think this question is well posed.
I understood on some posts, that people say that the comming season will be very snowy in US, so maybe that meant something for Europe aswell.. Guess not then?
