After reading all those threads like "I just tore my ACL" and so on i was wondering if there is anything you can do? like i know there is stuff to do to strengthen your back, but the knee?
last weekend i just about tore mine too so that was a wake-up call!
not sure if you can do s.th. for the ACL itself but would stronger muscles mean more support?
and guys, don't make shit up, only stuff doctors and rehab guys told you!
