pull really hard...it takes some elbow grease, but they will eventually pop out

no i can get them out of the strap just they wrap around in the back and there is no way to get them out

if it's the variant brim, the things snaps in for attachment, so snap it out instead of just pulling it.

i knwo is so gay. y cant they just be like giro and have the buttons. i had to cut the thing that went around the back and it wasnt worth it. it looks terrible without the ear pads
