Sizing on 178 anthems

i heard on NS in some thread that the 178 anthem actually measures to 184 or something. is that true. does it ski like a 184 if it measures that long? someone who has them tell me.

so does that mean they have a running surface of 178... cause the website says differently. That's why I didn't buy them because I'm 6'2" and I figured 178 would be too small anyway.

um, that would be me. and yea, mine measure long so i was wondering about it, but i dont think its a common occurence.

running base is usually way way smaller than the length, like 150 or 160 or something for a 180cm ski, so I don't think 178 is teh running base.

you should rock them, im 6'5 and they arent too short. ive pretty much accepted the fact that any park ski i get on is gonna be in the 180 area, so whats 2 cms? more companies should make a longer park ski, but oh well

exactly what i'm thinking. i want a 185 stiffer version of the STL, like the el ray but with better lighter construction.

so should i get the 178 anthem. i'm 6'3 and 180, and i'm not sure what to do. it seems like it could be just a bit short.
