i can almost land a 3 but im having trouble taking off and getting enough momentum to make the full spin.


any tips?

You're probably just not popping enough.  Pop, and rotate your shoulders, spot the landing, and the rest of body will follow.

Huck it well, look over your shoulder, and don't forget to go big enough. Very important to get enough air since it wil help you progress much faster. More air makes it easier to land when you are dealing with modest amounts of it.

Come up to the jump, start to wind up a bit, remember to pop off the lip and start rotating after you pop off, turn your head in the direction your spinning and keep it flat so you don't cork your self, just keep practicing and you'll get it

i found leaning forward in my boots a little more helped when 1st learning to spin coz of the angle of the jump n the landing being different...

Yeah i couldnt  3 last year but my big problem wasn't popping and didnt keep looking to spot my landing.
