i definatly might, i got a vx2100 now and ive always been curious about how good an xl2 would be for skiing, i would think it would be amazing.
can you post some footage from it?

I have an XL1 with hard case and tripod I am trying to get rid of for $1400 plus shipping. The one issue is that it has a bent firewire pin so you either need to be brave and bend it back, have it fixed or do your capture with a DV Deck. Other then that its in great shape. Anyone interested?
