i was trying to do a flatspin 9 on my tramp and i i landed on the bar and totally killed my hamstring- it's all red, swollen and hurting like a mofo-- i have to be at work at 8 am and i am running around all day at work. does anyone have any tips to ease the pain so it is bearable tomorrow?
- i put icyhot on it and wrapped it for the swelling but i know it is still going to kill me tomorrow.
help!!! i need tips asap! please!

yes- as a matter of fact i am
and i don't do well with pain when it is around my knee because of old injuries so i know i sound like a baby and right now i don't care because it hurts like a bitch!

ibuprofen screws with my stomach...i have like prescription stuff...celebrex or something that i take instead of ibuprofen/aspirin.

But ya, put heat on it after it's done swelling.

as it says in my starting post- i have icyhot on and it has helped a little bit but i am still in major pain
thanks but i'm not that awsome- i said i was trying to do a flat9 i didn't say i could-- i did the full rotation but i didn't get vertical again and i rotated right onto the damn bar and those little pads don't do shit when you hit with your full weight especially when they are only covering the damn springs! owie my leg hurts!!!

i've taken celebrex before after i had knee surgury- it didn't help at all- i have some 500 mg ibuprofen and a vicoden but if i take either of those i won't be able to get up for work.

celebrex is basically a weaker version of aspirin but without the aspirin in it...cause I can't take aspirin or ibuprofen. It's a stronger version of acetometaphin (tylenol) though, hence the reason I take celebrex and not tylenol. Yeh, I'm blabbering. But whatever works I guess, maybe it just doesn't for you?

i took a 250 mg ibuprofin because i have to get up at 7 thanks though.
oh bloody hell!!! dude this sucks! the season hasn't even started and i am already getting hurt, this is not good, not good at all. my mom saw that my leg was all swollen and she threatened to take away my tramp cause she doesn't want me to try stuff on it and think i can do it on snow and blow my knee again- this is so gay!

well if its bruising it will probably last awhile. next night heat press it and get blood circulating and get the dirty stuff out. then after your done ice it so it doesnt re-swell. thats just a good way to make it all speed up.
