Just yesteday seattle past bill75 or whatever they are called to make marijuana a low priority on its list of problems. When you get caught with it they just give you a warning. hopefully some day this can turn more into a decriminalization like they have in BC but until then smoke pot illagaly. :\

they actually have it all over Canada
but de-criminalization jsut means that it doesnt go on your criminal record, you jsut get a fine, kinda like you would get for a speeding ticket, only, its a pot ticket
if the cops are cool, they might give you a warning, im not sure what it is in BC, but thats what its like here in Quebec

Moron, this is what cops are worried about. If you are smoking pot in public they will still arrest you. They just arent going to go out of their way to find you doing it in your house. They had the chief of police on TV doing an interview about this and how people are convinced they can just light up now but he said they expect arrests to actually go up if people arent careful.

they passed some raven law or something up in AK where you have up to 4oz for a 'personal' stash in your house, but you cant smoke it, or sell it, or leave your house with it; but if you cant buy it howd you get it?!?! its a stupid law, but the fact that their warming up to pot is a good sign

no, in alaska having 4 oz and growing a couple plants is protected by the state constitution, u can have it and smoke it in your home, you cant sell it or buy it. state troopers will not arrest you for possesion in your home, however any1 affiliated with federal agencys will.

dude seattle is no where near leagalizing the shit! if you actually paid attention to I-75 not bill 75 it tells law enforecment to focus more on violent crime than weed. do you realize how open ended that is!? it dosen't change the laws, its still illegal to posses, buy, sell , smoke whatever! I doubt anything will change at all
