Drinking+Skiing= Good?

I meet up with some guys from my school the other day and they offered me some beers and I gladly accepted well I was pretty buzzed but I was still aware of everything goin on around me. Well after those beers I skiid so well I was hitting every rail and jump in the park with ease. I think im a better skier drunk than sober.

I'd say light drinking would be just fine. I wouldn't ski blackout that'd be dangerous. at least... I hope I haven't. no way of knowing now is there...

buzzed is all good. never, and i mean never. try skiing hammered. you will most likely die whether it be from falling off the lift, overshooting a 2 foot jump, or chasing a wildabeast into the unknown. just trust me, dont do it.

yeah more confidence and more feel for doing shit smoothly for me, but when im high i really feel like i throw down everything i have, like even on a little ollie tail tap or something on a cruisier i fucking put my whole body into it and just do more creative butters and shit like that. oh and when im high i do way more ninja moves.

skiing wasted is fun as fuck if your not skiing anything too crazy and there arnt many people out. its fun to do when the skiings shitty. skiing with a few beers in ya can help loosen ya up a bit. its a blancing point, between gettin the courage/balls to do stuff, and being coordinated enough to actually do them. its also nice if your sore, helps numb it. but either way, prolly not something your skiing should depend on on a reg. basis.

Skiing high is the way to be.  I almost don't like smoking normally because I become a self-concious pansy ass douche.  When I'm skiing however, wow, way different.  I managed to overshoot three kickers in a single run this morning because i was so damn high.

It's really funny watching the flat come up on you when you're that high.  You just look down like "Oh, goddamnit,  not again."

haha yeah we are beer drinkers by heart so we are always either drunk from the night before, or drunk due to morning beers, but theres a limit.

2-3 beers - ok

5-6+ beers - useless. Lose all coordination and put others in danger.

ya just be careful. thats an easy way to kill yourself. stay out of the trees, and only buzzed or you just endangering everyone on the slopes. my dad works at stratton and tells me story about guys drinking at like 9 and by like 12 when they go out to ski they cant even stand up. pretty fucked up and dangerous so ya fun for sure but whatch yo self!

ugh i drank a 40 of bud a few nights ago and hit this urban right after and i FUCKED myself up, went to pop on (i was gunnie pigging it) and poped to much to the left and hit my nose on the rail and just smashed myself down it, totally fucked up my board. no big deal though, then i drank some more 40 and cleaned it and was done with that one.
