Thinking too much?

Do you ever get like this, where you think about like everything that happened within like a day, a week, month, or whatever and then it makes you sad or brings out some stupid emotion you can't get rid of? For the past two days or so I've been doing that and it's been pissing me off so badly. I can't get to sleep for the longest time, and I'll just lay there and can't stop thinking. No, I'm not complaining, just wondering if this happens to anybody else.

That happens to me EVERY single night. I hardly sleep. I always think too much... bleh. :(

Yeah, I do that too. I sleep a lot, but I tend to over analyse things. Maybe its a girl thing!

happens to me the night before big tests. I start to review the material in my head, then get all worried that I'll forget it in the morning, and that makes matters worse because then I sleep less. It's better to sleep a lot the night before tests and stuff instead of cramming. hasn't happened to me since school started though because I'm so tired by 9:00. playing sports everyday after school is tiring. I listen to music like slightly stoopid, calms me down

maybe it is a girl thing. I always like go through certain events in my head over and over again and think about what could have happened instead or what they mean...and so on. Alot of the things deal with friends and guys. it pisses me off...

I hope it's not a girl thing, 'cause I do it a lot. I find though that I lose hours of sleep doing that, and more often than not just feeling sorry for myself. I try to turn my brain off. Just not think about anything. I've found a good way to do this is to listen to classical, opera, or jazz. Something relaxing that you CANNOT sing along to.

I think drinking drano would be like the equivalent to being bolemic. You'd end up with the same results, maybe sooner damage with the drano though.

No, it isn't a girl thing. I overthink stuff way too much also. It's made me sad and shit for about 7 months, but it's not a constant sadness, just when I start to think about stuff.

the emotions you get from that can be so messed up. Like I'd be fine at school at stuff usually, but when I got home, I'd be all sad and it was crazy.
