Homemade Poutine

I just finished a bowl of the best poutine. I had to make it cuz us damn Americans don't have the pleasure of getting it at Burger King. But, damn it was good. I think I'll go make another bowl....

Real curds, we live right next to a dairy, so we get all kinds a fresh stuff. Even the smell of fresh shit on a warm day. Damn smelly-ass cows.

Everytime I eat it I wonder why Canada doesnt have the biggest percent of obese people. I can feel it clog my arteries on the way down, but its oh so good!
