anyone have any experience with warenteeing on lines?  how long does it usually take to send back?  any input would be awsome, thanks

i sent in my chronic wides and they fucked up and sent me just chronics and wouldnt do anything about it, other than that i've heard nothing but good things from other ppl

well i thought since like it was a factory defect (thats what the guy from line said) that maybe they would pay for postage?  fuck dude shipping will cost a shitload

It wasn't a typical issue. I was talking to the guy for so long (few months) and he actually sent me 06/07 skis for my 05/06 and paid shipping both ways. That is the way to deal with customers IMHO.
