270 onto a rail

i can do 270 off a rail and im trying to do a 270 on. should i be spinning the same way i always spin(to the left) and land with my left ski forward, or spin unnatural( to the right) and landing on my right ski forward?

most people go with natural spin, and bite the bullet on the slide(though some people have both natural)

get comfortable with sliding a rail unatty first then you can spin natural and still slide fine

i learned unnatty from switch ups, that seems alot easier than jumping on unnatty

spin natty and slide left foot forward, its good to know both ways anyway. Also jump get good pop turn your upper body 180 so you are looking up hill and at the rail and then spin the last 90 with your bottom half to land on the rail.

when i 270 on i land good foot forward, so its all good for me, i guess for u it really just depends how confident you are in putting your unnatural foot forward or confident you are in unnatty spins

spin the normal way, just get used to sliding unatty, 270 ons are easier than 270's off i reckon so you should get it pitty quick

try it onto boxes firts. look down at the begininng of the rail and think that your left foot will land forward. then follow through your vision/

spin the same way the only problem I had when I learnt these was once on the rail I continued to spin

that happens drop your back ski a little and it will stop your rotation

or initiate your spin with your arms/shoulders and after you start spinning enough for a 270 then keep your arms almost parallel with your side, and once n the rail stay in a good low stance and look past the end of the rail..and this will sort of help you stay balanced more without shifting your weight to much and prevent you from spinning to much

Like most people said, it's easier to spin natural and slide unnatural.  Hit the rail a few times unnatural before you try throwing the 270.  That will help you with sliding that way.  Also, try it on a box first...

i spin un-natural to land on my good sliding side...try doing it to ur good side and if it doesnt work then get used to un-natural slides and go with the natural spin

^^ i have both natural i mean since i spin right and naturally grind with my right foot forward so i land right foot forward.

spin natty and keep watching the rail try it on somethin small first and work your way up

haha you could try hard way 270 on and you should land natural foot. haha i probably wouldn't try that first
