Coffee addicts?

anyone else addicted? favor anything?

i was just thinking about it and essentially i have 2 meals of coffee a day, like breakfast and lunch cause im in such a rush during the day and i need to it keep me going on the little sleep i get during the week. 

also love it when im heading out to ski. keeps me warm :)

I don't drink it often so that when I do pound a few cups down it hits me hard. Only for epic situations like trying to wake up for a powder day.

I was pretty much addicted for a week in July when I had to finish designing a scientific concept and a business plan to market it, stayed up till 5am several days straight. Wake up, 2 cups of coffee, after lecture tea with like fucking 3 bags in one mug, and more dispersed throughout the day. When I got back to Calgary I was like holy fuck, i'm a mess, have to stop. Scared of that shit now.

i like coffee but i think tea is the shit! my mom owns a tea shop (sounds stupid but its legit) and i get all the tea i want.  ive got over 95 flavors!

There's nothing better than a cup-o-joe in the morning.  I prefer mine with flavored cream like hazelnut and french vanilla.

I usually have about 2 cups each day, usually one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I enjoy the taste but I don't think I'm addicted because I feel exactly the same on the days when I don't drink any.

I used to hate the stuff but the past two summers I got coffee for free working at Dunkin Donuts and it grew on me.

Love coffee.  Nothing better to get you going in the morning and also it can keep me full all day.  Yesterday I woke up at 9:30 had a cup of coffee and didnt eat anything till 6pm.  I know its not the healthiest thing to do but I had shit to get done.

Seriously though, Coffee is one of the most amazing drinks ever. The pope back when coffee first made its way to italy proclaimed it "the drink of god"

The only bad thing about coffee is that its a diuretic. which makes long car rides even longer.  And doesnt help with staying hydrated in the dry months.

Mmmmm, coffee. Not an addict, but I enjoy my 1-2 cups right after lunch. So I guess it's more of a routine of chilling out and having a cup, then an addiction.
But I limit myself to those 1-2 cups max.
I don't limit my booze consumption, though, haha.

I am addicted...on my third cup this morning....my favourite is starbucks...lattes are the key to life....but i will pretty much drink any coffee you put in front of me...tea is great too....that is all

Ahh, I used to have 2, if not 3, cups of coffee every morning. Then I started getting these crazy painful headaches, and my mother assumed they were caffeine headaches. So I gave up coffee to see if they would go away. And what do you know? They did. So I no longer drink coffee. Well, I have a cup now and again when I really need it.

I definately need at least 2 cups if I'm at work or brew my own but if I'm ever running late and have to grab one a Large will do. Oh yeah, and only put milk to cool it down so I can drink it right away, never put cream or sugar. I actually like the taste and find that it just tastes like candy with cream and sugar.

for me its mountain dew. i need about 50oz. a day. if i dont have my md i fell like shit. its has gotten to the point where i dont even feel physically like shit but now i get like a little depressed and shit too w/o it

I don't like coffee but last weekend when I was hungover my girlfriend took me to some gay ass coffee shop and she bought some chai tea soy bullshit and I had some and it was good.  Otherwise I don't drink coffee, I just do meth, that keeps me up fine.

maybe its me but I never notice the effects of caffiene, especially with coffee. I't doesn't like wake me up or whatever but it has good taste - I love starbucks coffe or the iced coffee from dunki donuts is awesome

I believe I have a caffeine addiction and its no joke, I have to have at least one coke a day to keep level heading and I have a coffee almost every morning because I got used to doing that when I was in the trades. It kinda sucks but I do like coffee very much.

Yeah, I have coffee in place of meals too.
over the weekend it can add up to 3 or 4 cups a day
it has to be a super dark roast with one sugar or I wont have it

caffeine is a drug! no wonder ya'll addicted haha

but seriously, 300mg of caffeine has the same stimulant effect of 20mg of amphetamines.

if you want to stay awake, caffeine is best consumed more frequently in smaller quantities, rather than taking a big hit of it, such as found in very strong coffee. also, in this way the diuretic effects of caffeine are reduced alot.

I was addicted to coffee for like 4-5 months, but gave up on it, just felt shitty at the end of the day.

I'm just drinking green tea allllllllll the time, so much better, a little bit of caffeine and cleans your inside bodddyyy. Way better for your health than coffee. I drink about 4 to 6 tea cups a day, I feel so much better.

Days that I don't work, probably 1-2 cups. Sometimes I have the willpower to just say no for a whole day though.
Days that I work one job, about 2-3 cups.
Days that I work 2 jobs, about 3-5 cups.
It's really bad and I know I can't function properly without it.
I need to cut down my drinking.
