That was pretty good but I think all cops do that its just amazing he explained it and it actually happened.  But if you look at the crash compared to where she was standing I don't think she woulda been hit, but mayb she would of.  thats crazy tho.

they passed a law in PA that if on a highway your supposed to get in the other lane(passing lane) if at all able when a cop has someone pulled over
