Another hellbent mounting thread...

i'm 160 pounds, 5'8", and i got 179 hellbents that i just took in to the shop to get mounted.  i told them -1 from dead center, and i ski as much pow/everything switch as much as i do forwards, and i ski very agressively. (like literally, 40 % switch, 60 % regular riding...)  should i have gone dead center?  i thought 1 back would be good because the rocker seems slightly larger in the tips, so there would be more ski that's NOT rockered in front of my toes for stability.   thoughts, and thankyou.

i have slightly rockered skis that i mounted dead center and they float fine forward and backwards, there sick as fuck.. so yeah go dead center

I dont think that 1cm will make a huge difference, it should be good where you stated, at -1.

Can you post some pics of them once they're mounted?

i got mine mounted center. and i think the rocker is symetrical. anyway you should be fine

yea, i'll post pics. 
thanks to those who replied.  i talked to the mahre about it and he said -1 is money.  i'll just keep it where i have it, 1 cm won't make a difference.

yea i mounted mine at the core center, completly forgetting about the K2 'true center' thing..anyone know how far back the core center is from the true center?  think it'll make a big difference..?

Surprisingly the Hellbents' core center mark is just about true center, maybe -.5cm. I measured the other day. I am going to mount my 189s  -1cm from true center, only because that's where I ski all my skis.
