i just hit it hard and try to get as much air as possible, pick any grab i can think of and hold it as long as i can...

it gets me back to feeling good in the air and feel how fast the kickers are gonna be for the day...

i just go at it to get a feel for speed,pop,landing,ect.
i usualy grab tail or do some goofy shifty

i go for the quadruple swith front flip octo grab can can suicide death gripper licoln spin 1260. try it. its a head turner.

usually ill just through a shifty or just pump my legs a little on a straight hit.  The first spin of the day is always a no grab back one.

normally a 3 mute. tried one first hit last year at stratton, went way too far to the bottom of the landing, and ended up hurting my knee for the third time. next  time i may at least look at the jumps first.

usually a switch 180 or unnaty 180 with whatever kind of grab I'm trying to do. usually japan or mute.

Word....I like getting a feel for the jump before doing any spins...even if I've hit the jumpp all season it can be completely different depending on snow, temperature, etc...

It all depends. if im watching poeple hit it, and have someone to follow for the speed, Ill usually release the 3. otherwise, if im kind of alone or guinea pigging, just a fatty cossack or spraffy.

either straight air with a grab im liking.  or a 360, depending on how comfortable im feeling about the jump.  then my favorite thing to do is a 180, unless im trying some new stuff.
