Can't upload a pic on the new site

ive had no problems on the old site, but just now i tried 4 times to upload a pic without resizing it and it did not work

i can't either, i tried to uplaod his pic on my account and it didnt work, so it might me the pic...?

for some reason i did the same exact thing to upload the pic today and it worked- file size was 3.3 MB
