get a fair amount of speed over a roller and pop and kick your feet up and drop your hand. you want just enough air so theres almost no weight on your arm and you dont have to support yourself. you almost hover over the snow

yeah take lots of speed, kinda lean to one side, let your feet slip out from under you, plant your hand, feel it drag and let it level you back out to switch

i forgot who teaches this, but i remember reading a how to do this in a magazine (most likely freeskier)  but with a 3 not a 180.

there not hard to learn its just a wierd feeling at first. after like 5 trys it will be comfortable and you can get it good.

yah when i first saw one i was blown away with how cool it looked, but the more i thought about it, the more i realized it's REALLY probably not that hard to learn...super sick looking, super stylish trick that just about anyone can do with a little practice, im excited to get out there a try a few
