Snowbird Tram and Chairs?

I am getting a alta pass along with a snowbird pass...i have never skied either place...so give me some adive....do i want the unlimited tram and chairs or just the chairs pass.....is the tram a must have or what? help me out

the tram gets packed on pow days, so it still takes a while. it is nice to take tram laps though. id say get it because its not that much more is it not?

You don't need the tram anymore with the new chair they put in a couple years ago, its more there for the older hardcore people.

Personally i think the tram is a must have. I have an alta snowbird pass as well and lapping the tram is the best no matter what the snow is like and if it isnt a powder day you can get on pretty easily.

i'd get the tram because its much more convenient even though its packed on pow days so is everywhere else.

umm if the tram isnt that much more then get it but if it is fuck it cuz you can get everywhere with just lifts, it just takes a little longer..

Getting a Snowbird Pass without the tram is like eating a PB&J sandwich without the jelly. The Tram lets you get all of the Cirque (upper and lower) and Baldy with one lift. otherwise you are looking at two to three lifts and that stupid tunnel. On second thought maybe you should get a chairs only and keep the Tram line down

have fun making laps on baldy without tram access, how bout upper cirque?

oh yeah and the new chair and tunnel are actually a blessing to the locals, b/c it gets most of the beaters away from the tram.
