So i was testing out my new skis on my floor, doing presses and butters and whatnot, but when i tailpress my calfs start to kill. It happens whenever i lean back too much, but i was just reminded of it then.
Not my shins though. Is that shin bang? I know it's kinda the same situation, but i thouhgt shin bang was pain in the shins.
Also, if this isn't shin bang, do other people get this bad?
And if i get my calfs stronger, will that make it not as bad?
