any brand that promises to deliver their product, doesnt deliver it (for whatever reason), doesnt issue refunds, has a shitty site, AND isnt included in the freeskier buyers guide is not a sick company. they are a shitty company with horrible business habits.

nope thats actually not the reason, sorry bro. I talked to Austin the week before his surgery, and it really is just customs fucking them over. Saga is definitely legit and they definitely have some great ideas and quality product.
But that does not excuse their customer service. They just choose not to respond to emails or phone calls, and leave their customers wondering what the fuck is going on.
I ordered pants last December and still have no product. However, I im keeping my order because I know Austin and I am sure they will make it worth my while.
But i must say, if I didnt have a personal relationship with the owner, you would have to be upset with their customer service. There is no way around that.
Thats what i heard too, it will be a bitch for them to recover from this and frankly i just don't see it happening, it's a shame but they lost all their 07-08 shit and now they have to pay court costs. Even if they win they won't get shit out til next summer since they have to remanufacture the whole line.
