If i've fiddled with my canting on my superchargers is there some way I can put them back to normal? like turn it all the way in and a certain number of turns from that?
Canting is not forward lean. It is meant for people with fucked up ankle/knee alignment. It makes the cuff twist slightly as it is flexed forward to compensate for pronation. Dont mess with it unless a bootfitter decides you need it.
canting is the forward angle that your boots are set at. My Salomon Foils ahve adjustable canting, so you can turn a knob with an allen key and make the upper part of the boot farther forward, for a more aggressive all mountain stance, or farther back for better landings in the park.
Is canting really forward angle? I thought it was something else. I'm wondering 'cause I've got collapsed arches (pronation) which came from too much sport as a child, which also resulted in slightly knocked-knees. I've got orthotics, just wondering if canting would do anything more to help.
