Yeah I'm moving down to SLC in august for school and i plan on ridding PC and Brighton next season...seeing as how i'm not a high school student anymore and a PC pass wont be 150...how much are they preseason at either place...i heard that Brighton was 350 preseason and PC was something like 450...anyone have any ideas?

i know park citys is 475 preseason, brighton was 575 or 600 or somethin last year for students. if you go through uvscs board club you can get discounted canyons and park city passes, i dont know how much but definitely better.

Park City was $375 last year with the club discount (normal college price was $495 I think), and Brighton was $425 before October or something (normal college price was $475/$575). Brighton also had Mon-Thurs. passes for $250 and Mon.-Fri. passes for $350. If you are a college student somewhere, I can get you the club discount.

I know it's a little shady, but if you still have your high school grades from like first term from last year you can just show them your grades and say your in high school, my friend did that last year, but it probably helped him that we were all in high school except him so it looked more credible.

yea, did brighton get bought by some florida company? I heard that some group who did retirement condos n stuff in florida bought a ton of ski resorts to try and expand.
would probably explain an increase in prices there tho

Definite;y not 350, thats what it was like 2 years ago I think for preseosn orders. Im pretty sure I payed 475 last season, Shit i'd pay like 600 if it came down to it, shits so worth it.

Dunno at this point. I go clueless in the summer as I don't work for the resort in the summer 'n stuff. I'll find out maybe later next month though eh.

everyone liked the crown but not alot of people liked the pipe next to the small park. that's what people told me... whether or not it changes and when and where?... dunno at this juncture.

ya. kings was amazazing. jonesys worked well. what if the pipe got moved someplace else completely? like not in jonesys, but close by? or would that screw things up too badly for people trying to watch comps? or ohhh even 2 pipes. :D :D

you have to factor in accessibility for the comps, and being as the pipe is a major comp, it's in the prime location for being accessible for audience.

Whatever you do don't put the beginner park on kings crown...It's the best location

i have been skiing park at brighton for like three years and every year there is a rumor about new park crew tons of new features and a completely re worked park and really nice pipe. Every year i go up big cotton wood canyon disapointed and bored when i leave cause i just rode a terrible park and pipe. I have learned with brighton never to get your hopes up and the only fun time of the year at brighton is before the season starts so that is why i have decided to go to pc because even if there park is not that good it is still better than brighton

Freeskier rated park city the #2 park in the world a couple years ago if i'm not mistaking with mammoth being #1. So I don't think you need to worry about a crappy park

eh, i've sold out to the man and we've turned over all the parks to the racers, but we get cb's. so look for that 200 foot step down being the only feature this season. and every day is neon one piecer day.
and i can't come up with anything sarcastic anymore so i'll just shutup now.
