heres what i heard.

he was cliff jumping. he did a gainer and actually broke his sternum before he hit the water...

Cliff jumping hurts in my experience, I usually just avoid it unless its fairly small.  That sucks though, but if your going to push your limits, getting injured is just part of the game.  Props for doing a gainer off a cliff though,   shits gnar.
