That is quite something to think about. That list is huge. Definatley different. All the people that would potentially live on this island would really all have to be on the same page. One huge active community. Very interesting though.

no, few would like the part about not selling for more than bought for plus inflation.

face it people are greedy, good idea but i doubt someone can find 50,000 people willing to cooperate, not fight, and agree to the 40+ list of rules within it.
