This whole bending business is getting tiresome...help needed.
Well, Ive realized that I dont need to bend my FKS brakes all they way out straight and then make a new bend. However, Ive already bend one out a fair bit, and they other has snapped, and i have a new one. How, here is the question. For the new one, can I just pull it out a bit? They are going onto Ar6's, a 85 waist. As for the one i have bent out, can I re-bend it back along the same bend, like the original bend there was?
you mount the binding without messing with the brakes. then once they're mounted the brakes can just be pulled out a tad. when up they'll fit perfect, when down they'll flare out a lil but work perfectly.
and i lied, somehow i hit 86 i meant 84, they're fks wrs
dont heat it up to the point of red hot-id-ness. Warm it up with a heat gun, then use a vice to make the bend, go slow and take your time. Worse comes to worse theres always that on the tgr forums that is willing to bend them for you for like 10 or 12 bucks
YEAH!!!! After snapping a set, then hunting another down, I have been successful! I have finally goteen a hold the the screws, but i still need a plastic semi-circle for the one heel.
