r u kidding dude, anyone can do a frontflip. you deffinatly can u actually have to jump hard tho, get some height, grab ur knees, and itll come around. maybe u should try like a front handspring first, put ur hands on the tramp and use ur arm strength(guessing that u have some at least) to push the flip over. go for it GL

jump from the middle, the sides throw you horizontal, and you want more vertical, i was doing a backflip once, and jumped from the side, threw me to the ground

np problem dude, i know what it was like to start off on the tramp, it takes time to get good. try to go for a misty or a backflip now, backflips are actually easier believe it or not

its easier to do front flips of trampolines than on them like bounding of the side and fliping of them, i was surprised how easy it was.

alright what i want to know is how you can do a frontflip from you knees and you cant do one normally
I personally cant do that knee thing but whatever
Frontflips are harder than backflips because fronts are almost all blind
1) make sure to bounce up then tuck (its hard to do at first but will help in the longrun)
2) Try to grab your shins for tucking or just to like tanaskier said and try to suck your wiener.....(like anyone can actually bend that far)

Please oh please learn to edit video, at least some P.O.S. editing program where all you can do is cut clips cause i just watched about 3:15 of pointless crap and 10 seconds of stuff that mattered. You need to jump in the middle of the tramp and jump way harder. also try misty flips (front 180) Way easier and you can spot your landing the whole time.

i go off axis, it is a lot easier. like i can do them on the ground but not frontflips. i think front to 180 is harder than just like doing it all at once you would say?
