Either I'm skiing doing urban, practicing aerials off diving boards/ tramps, or I'm partying.
The only regular physical work I do are basic body tone workouts (like crunches haha)

ive been working out more, which is a good thing. i run a few days a week, normally 2-3 miles, sometimes 4 or 5. ive been running less now after i did a 5 mile run but i still keep at it. and I do pushups/sit ups daily or every other day. along with that I bike a lot and surf in the summer.

i've been weight lifting 4 days a week for the 2 months. i was doing upper body, lower body, upper body, rest day, upper body. then starting last week, we split it up to 5 days a week, just focus on one muscle, or a group a day. so liek back monday, then chest, then arms, then legs, then shoulders kind of thing.
working out's dope once you get into it.
But when you go to the gym and do like bench and stuff, and back exercises, do them slow and make sure you feel it. Working out isn't just lifting weights, you have to lift weights right.
If you do bench wrong, you can easily not even touch your chest and just work your arms instead.
I run and bike and do a little bit of lifting... running is horrible for ny knees so i think i am going to stick to biking mostly now. I also do diving boards... i might build a summer setup soon. I also enjoy hiking and bouldering
I run up my ski hill 3 times/week. my knees are sore though

i shotgun beers usually for a few hrs a day.. then i stumble around for a few hours.. then pass out.. then the next day i deal with th HO for a bit.. before i realize its time to start drinking again.. in between all that i smoke maybe 2 grams of weed a day.
