anyone got tips on how to spin on a tramp without travelling all over the place and how to keep ur spin going?

just keep trying and use your whole body

i couldnt spin 7's now i do they too easily its hard to stop at 5

make sure ur not off axis at all and keep everything even, like arms out, lefs up and stuff like that. also make sure you look at 1 thing while ur spinning, then whip your head around and look at it again. that keeps u from getting dizzy, and therefore making you steady when you land.

well if you wanna spin really fast, pencil that shit out. i can spin almost 1260 now without a double bounce if i pencil it. just fucking throw yourself wind up make sure you get a full jump in, turn your head as far as it will go and your body will follow. make sure you dont go off axis and thats all i got son....trial and error is best for trampolines because you cant really get hurt doing spins...
