so i go to the dmv today to get my license, super stoked, im a decent/good driver so like it should have been easy. 100% on my written test, and right after i go to get in the car with the brownie. hes got like a kfc style mustache thing, and hes completely ignores me when i im like yo whats up. so i was just whatever, we start driving and we come up to a railroad with a stop sign and a stopjust after the rail road.
my drivers ed teacher had told me before that i should just yeild like a normal railroad, cross, and stop at the second stop... which is what i do... the guy then proceeds to say "...kid do you understand what you just did, reverse over the tracks..." (he actually told me to reverse over the tracks) and i was just lookin at him like what the fuck are you talking about so i reverse anyways (this is all happening on this little bit of road) and what he said. then were sitting in my truck next to the stop and he tells me this story of how he saw a man die. i just nodded my head and explained to him that that was how i was taught by my instructers to approach that sign. he was just like alright and was just being a bitch towards me. so i pulled forward and got on the road ahead of me... and he turns and says "you just blew through two stop signs, you fail."
so i get back to the dmv, and he goes to explain what just happened on the test to my dad... and he tells my dad that i just ingnored two stops in a row, and keeps going on and on about how dangerous/recklous that was... so ask him why he left out the part where he had me illegally reverse and get me screwed up on railroad tracks, when i origanlly did it right. The brownie looks dead into my eyes and ignores me... so ii just get up and leave saying fuck that whatever... my dad gets mad at me because he thinks i was driving reckless. so i call my drivers ed instucter who just was baffeled that i acttually failed... basically that was the gayest shit of my life... no homo though

You think you're "decent/good" the first few months of a license, all kids suck at driving. Now, the fact you didn't stop twice would be the stupid move you made, sounds like you jewed youself.

^^^ "good/decent" enough to pass the test, obviously i dont have like experience, but in order to get through drivers ed you have to be good enough drive through that, so its more about the fact that i get screwed up on this two stop sign spot with in 50 feet of each other... everything else i did fine, he didnt mark anything else down on the paper...

since it was through the DMV or RMV whatever you want to call it those cops are just out to fail people. There is a RMV in a town close to my house that the cops basically live to fail people. they will find everything and anything you could possibly do wrong and fail you for it

Im pissed at the north carolina dmv and the state of louisiana because the dmv needs me to have a birth certificate to get a permit. that wouldnt be a problem except the state of louisiana is not making birth certificates right now and the only way i could get one is if someone went to baton rouge to get one. i should of allready got my permit anyways

I don't know what it is with DMV people, here's a friend of mines eperience:

Alright, so my friend Alex is a good driver, super smart kid (Valadictorian no doubt). So he aces his written test no problem, then goes out to the DMV with his mom to finish. Right before he's about to go out in the vehicle, the instructor says there's not enough time left. My friend explains that there is still a half hour, the instructor's all like "yea, the driving is about 15 minutes". my friend's like "so good, that should be plenty of time then".

Then the instructor says "well, no, i still want a 15 minute break". My friend responds, "alright, still should be right on time, it's no problem"

The instructor then actually says to his face...
"Yea, but I just don't feel like doing it" So my friend got completely blown off and had to go back outa week later, toatly bull

so yeee like i said before i obviously dont have experience you can only get that through the years but when the brownie(having nothing to do with his skin color considering part of my family is adopted african american) i dont see why i had to reverse over the tracks when i originally yeilded and stopped for the tracks like my instructers explained, thats what screwed me up. who wasnt fucking nervous driving during their test... the point was he had me do something totally uncalled for and i got messed up and failed, thus i got screwed, or jewed as my friends have called me for years now.

You can't yield, and stop. It's one or the other. In fact, you don't "yield" to train tracks, you yield to merging traffic. I'm guessing you mean you slowed down and proceeded with caution.

Was there a red octagonal sign that said stop in front of the tracks? If so, you should have come to a complete stop, and doing otherwise is wrong, especially on a license test.

I believe the guy giving you the test was an asshole, and you should have made a bigger deal about him asking you to drive illegally and defended yourself more. But that doesn't change the fact that you failed to stop for a stop sign.
