its the sick new apple comp. ive always been a fan of PC's but the commerical and i checked it out online and it really is the fastest and best comp out now. itll probably get beaten, ohh well

g5's cost exactly the same as the g4's did and the g4's arnt mmuch cheaper so pretty much go with a g5

Mac's marketing team needs a kick in the ass. They have a way better product than Microsoft / IBM does yet they have a hard time competing. Fuckin' allow clones already. Learn from your fuckin' mistakes.

i think apple is smart in keeping it closed architecture.

They control everything, which is the way it should be. They don't need other companies to make products for them because they just make everything they need.
