ive heard that les otten (not ostness) is wrapping the deal up. has anyone else heard that the loaf and the river have a binding contract saying they can only be sold as a pair? just heard it from some lifty but it makes sense because with there being only two major resorts in maine, if one is sold to a major corporation it could turn into a monopoly..who knows
