Bruised Ribs

anyone here ever had bruised ribs?
i have em right now and my muscles are going into spasms, i can hardly move without hurting my side.
Anyone have this problem?
Watd you do to heal em?
How long did it take?

yup shit sucks. Dont get a cold and dont exsperince anything funny. You can get vikes from a doctor if any are broken.

I got one skiing once and ended up skiing like 3 hours on it. It was the worse pain of my life. Everything like getting in and out of cars hurts soo much. You need to just take it easy, take some pain relievers and try to forget about it. like that other kid said laughing hurts a ton, but hichups are soo much worse. It took me like 1-2 weeks to feel better.

i was kneed in the side during gym class, like full on guy sprinting and hitting me, i couldnt breath, its really acting up now, the muslces are spazzing whenevr i move.

happened to me once, just went through the pain and tried not to move much
lasts a pretty long time to be fully better

im sorry it hurts when u breath doesnt it also? hope ya get better. i would just smoke weed. but that may be hard with ur ribs. or pain killers but i never take those things.

had that happen this ski season...they healed in about 2 weeks but the pain was bearable after a week.

just chill for a week or so and if it hurts that bad get vikes or something you should be straight though. feel better man.
