Mac computer help?

I have a question...I'm on vacation and the condo we rented has a mac...Now I can use it but I was wondering how you save a picture from a website to the computer? I'm used to PCs and I have no clue how to do some things on a mac so I would appreciate some help...Thanks to anyone that helps...

ctrl+ ouse click->save (ctrl+mouse click = right click)

or just hold down the mouse button when you click, and it will bring up the same little dropdown menu as right clicking on a PC.
