Base delamming underfoot?

So here's whats up:

After approx. 50 days on this ski, the edges are cracked in many places on this side, the edge is being pushed upwards into the sidewall, and the base is separating from the ski.

My first question is: is it safe to ski on that?

And then, is this shit normal? And how do I prevent this from hapening in the future besides not hitting rails. Is this my fault or the ski construction?

my skis are doing the same thing. i rode a couple more days after noticing that and I'm going to try and epoxy them before they totally fall apart

yea there are, just kinda hard to see

as far as the damage, with 50 days on them its not really surface's fault, thats just what happens after that much park riding

if you keep riding them like that, water will get to the core and they will lose their feel, might wanna seal it up

ya that's 50 days with lots of disasters and spinning onto rails and such.. that edge started to go downhill after a rail comp with a pretty large gap to down rail.

I have new skis but I'd prefer not to trash them on rails right away. I wonder if skiing such delamed skis with broken edges is dangerous for breaking a knee for example..

And how do I seal that?

nahhh its not dangerous, i have trouble makers that are missing a good foot of edge and side wall and the core is roting out of them. they are just noodles now they're safe, just a little scetchy in ice. if ya wanna sew em up all ya gotta do is epoxy the shit outta em, put it inbetween the base and the core and when that drys fill any seams with epoxy as well they should hold up fine

not all. Some skis are bombproof, like head, others, like, uh, the ones that arent bombproof.
