Export it in better quality? That vid is prob like 3 mb big. Make it more like 20mb .mov and it will look better.

I don't know how to save .mov but at least in WMM you can choose the size of the file to save it as

What editing program do you use?
And also it may be a little to do with the camera if it isn't high quality...
